Reelax Hal-Lock Locking Outrigger Pulleys
Stop your halyard line from creeping down for good! These genuine Hal-Lock Locking Outrigger Pulleys eliminate the need to rubber band your halyard lines together once you have them in place. Simply pull the locking lever back and the halyard line is pushed into the softer neoprene insert locking it in place. Designed to eliminate fishing lines from creeping back towards the boat while trolling lures, baits, spreader bars etc. Made of UV resistant Nylon and Stainless Steel hardware to give you years of reliable use. Each model is 12in (300mm) long and should be used with either 2mm mono or 1/8in braided cord.
