These bases swivel 360 degrees plus multiple vertical settings which enables a multitude of mounting options to get the perfect trolling height and angle for your poles.
The mounting plate is permanently bolted to the deck or cabin top of your boat using 4 bolts, and with 2 different ID sizes, these bases should suit nearly all Shot Gun/Outrigger poles on the market
