The 2022 MIU15 V8 is an evolution of Macris 2019 most popular underwater LED in Green (MIU15V8GRN). 5% brighter than previous models at 3800 fixture lumens. The new model features easy installation with jacketed cable and efficient one time connector plug.
The new copper internal core enhances thermal conductivity resulting in increased performance.
Active Thermal Control prevents overheating by controlling the power draw of the lights based on the internal temperature of the light fisture. This will result in dimming until the temperature is reduced.
Made from scratch resistant, laminated composite.

NOTE: Do not run MIU lights for expended periods of tme (10 mins max) on dry transoms (eg. when on the plane). While there is built-in thermal protection, prolonged use out of water will shorten the life of the lights and void the warranty.
