Raymarine’s RV-400 series stainless steel through hull transducer is designed for inboard and outboard powerboats. Compatible with Axiom MFDs with RV, RVX and RVM.
The RV-400 series lets you easily identify structures and locate fish with the life-like clarity of RealVision 3D™ sonar. They are a 4-channel, Wide Spectrum CHIRP transducer with DownVision™, SideVision™, conical CHIRP fish targeting and RealVision 3D™ sonar inside.
The transducer has a built-in attitude and heading reference system (AHRS) that stabilizes 3D sonar imagery, automatically compensating for vessel motion. You’ll enjoy an accurate and life-like model of the underwater environment that filters out distortions caused by waves, swells, or vessel maneuvering. Also included is a water temperature sensor for quick, accurate readings.
The rugged stainless steel housing is suitable for fiberglass, timber, steel and aluminium hulls. The low-profile design slips effortlessly through the water without causing drag or cavitation.
The RV-400 is a single transducer for mounting locations with less than 5° hull deadrise.
The RV-412 and RV-420 transducer pairs feature tilted offset sonar elements inside their surface mount housings. The tilted elements ensure the sonar's beam patterns are correctly aligned for maximum performance while avoiding the drag and turbulence associated with a fairing-blocked transducer installation. Transducer packs include a Y-Cable and 8m transducer extension cable. RV-412 is offset at 12° for hulls with 5-15° of deadrise, RV-420 is offset at 20° for hulls with 15°-25° of deadrise.
Includes:
- Port and Starboard transducers
- Y joiner
- 8m extension cable
- Hull nuts, washers and anti-rotation bolts
